SDC Nepal supports assessed orphans through their guardians and may assist vulnerable single women, persons with disabilities and Hifz students. Support can contribute to food, education, clothing, healthcare and other approved necessities. Child safeguarding, informed consent and privacy are central to every case.
Indicative Nepal planning figures are NPR 3,000 per month or NPR 36,000 per year for an orphan; from NPR 4,000 per month or NPR 48,000 per year for vulnerable single-woman or family support; and NPR 2,500 per month or NPR 30,000 per year for a Hifz student. Final support depends on assessment, actual fees, approved budget and available funds.
